As KADEM, we are in New York to participate in the 70th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). Our Chair of the Board, Attorney Dr. Canan Sarı, together with the accompanying delegation, will take part in a series of events and meetings focusing on women’s empowerment, access to justice, social solidarity, and family well-being.

Throughout the week-long program, our delegation will attend side and parallel events at the United Nations, engage with international civil society organizations, and hold bilateral meetings with representatives from different countries. The program will also feature networking gatherings and thematic panels bringing together women leaders from around the world.

By sharing our field experience and the insights gained through our academic research on international platforms, we aim to contribute to stronger global cooperation for women’s empowerment. In this context, our foundation will continue to exchange knowledge and experiences with international stakeholders on policies and practices that support and enhance women’s participation in social life.
