KADEM Women in Innovation Knowledge Center Meetings – 2

The second event in the KADEM Women in Innovation Knowledge Center Meetings series was held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at APY TEKMER in collaboration with Albaraka Garaj, under the theme “Entrepreneurial Psychology.” The event, which attracted strong interest from women entrepreneurs, provided a productive meeting environment centered on the sharing of knowledge and experience.

In the first part of the event, a session led with the contributions of Psychologist Nil Madi addressed the psychological processes frequently encountered throughout the entrepreneurial journey. Discussions on women entrepreneurs’ psychological resilience, perceptions of self-efficacy, and leadership skills offered participants valuable perspectives from both theoretical and practical standpoints. It was emphasized that sustainable success in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is made possible not only through technical knowledge but also through a strong psychological foundation.

In the afternoon session, an investor panel featuring representatives from APY Ventures, Plug and Play, and Vestel Ventures offered participants the opportunity to view the entrepreneurial ecosystem from an investor’s perspective. Topics discussed included investment processes, the competencies sought in entrepreneurs, and the importance of scalable business models. Participants gained direct and valuable insights into investor expectations.

Centered on the sharing of knowledge, experience, and inspiration, KADEM Women in Innovation Knowledge Center Meetings – 2 was successfully concluded as a strong platform contributing to the personal and professional development of women entrepreneurs.
