We engaged with international civil society leaders and policymakers at the 13th Global Baku Forum in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Convened to address the challenges of a world in transition, the forum served as a vital platform for overcoming divisions and advancing shared solutions through meaningful global dialogue.

Throughout the forum, discussions focused on women’s rights, collaboration among civil society organizations, and avenues for strengthening global solidarity. In meetings with participants from diverse countries, our delegation shared its work on women’s empowerment, access to justice, and initiatives centered on human dignity.

As part of the program, our Board Member Dr. Sevim Zehra Can Kaya held a series of bilateral meetings with experts from various countries, presenting KADEM’s work grounded in women’s rights, justice, and human dignity. These exchanges also opened the door to potential international partnerships and joint initiatives.

On the margins of the forum, our delegation visited the family of İlkin Ahadzade, one of Azerbaijan’s national heroes. This meaningful visit reflected the deep-rooted bonds of brotherhood between Türkiye and Azerbaijan and reaffirmed the spirit of “one nation, two states.”
