WITH ITS ENTREPRENEURIAL EXPERTISE, THE “WOMEN IN INNOVATION” PROGRAM WAS FEATURED AT THE SDN SUMMIT 2024
Technology leaders, innovative inventions, and young entrepreneurs converged at the SDN Summit.
KADEM participated in the technology fair with its Women in Innovation project, which it has been organizing for 7 terms to support female entrepreneurs, featuring more than 40 participants. Acting as a sponsor in the entrepreneurship field under the motto “Ideas Beyond Boundaries,” KADEM also called for applications for the 8th camp period during the event.
During the event, Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Istanbul Deputy Governor Cengiz Karabulut, Hepsiburada CEO Nilhan Onal Gökçetekin, and Turkcell CEO Dr. Ali Taha Koç visited the KADEM Women in Innovation and Women Entrepreneurship stands, where they reviewed the initiatives.
At the SDN Summit, professionals held panels and discussions while young entrepreneurs presented their ventures. From the Women in Innovation entrepreneurship program, Şeyma Yılmaz with Interrupt Engineering, Tuğba Cici with Leoxygen Biotechnology Inc., Hülya Tomak with Blueit, Ece Zeynep Kalyoncuoğlu with LL Material Factory, Merve Nur Şahin with Medglanis, and Duygu Yılmaz with Biolive were present at the fair. Additionally, from the Women in Innovation camp finalists, Başak Demir presented her venture Helimore, and Ravzanur Eker presented her venture Coridor.
On the second day of the event, KADEM Entrepreneurship Advisor Esra Soylu participated as a speaker in the panel titled “Investment Trends Shaping Technology Entrepreneurship,” moderated by Cenk Tarhan.
On April 27-28, in Istanbul, the SDN Summit brought together leading figures from the technology and entrepreneurship worlds. The event featured entrepreneurship and success stories from women entrepreneurs supported by the Women in Innovation program over 7 terms, showcasing their journeys to participants.
The entrepreneurship sponsors of the event, including ITU Technopark, Arz Portföy, KADEM, and over 40 innovative technology companies housed within GOSB Technopark, convened with technology enthusiasts, young innovators, and industry professionals at the SDN Summit in Istanbul. Over the course of two days, these entrepreneurs had the opportunity to showcase their products and services to visitors.
