Embracing the principle of “equality in existence, justice in responsibility”, KADEM carries out work that aims to create a safe society and a just future where women can live with dignity. It aims to produce viable and permanent solutions in social life and create a justice-oriented discourse on issues concerning women’s rights and the family.

KADEM offers easily accessible education material and a cadre of volunteer educators who are experts in their respected fields to reach the widest audience with quality content.
KADEM’s training programs are delivered to thousands of people each year in collaboration with NGOs, as well as public and private institutions, with the Turkish Ministry of National Education being among our primary partners.
As part of our education unit, 532 volunteer educators deliver courses on such programs as Two People, Building a Society of Trust: The Anatomy of Violence and Solutions, Women in Abrahamic Religions, and Women’s Legal Rights.
