The International Day for the Prevention of Violence against Women Campaign In an attempt to raise awareness of 25 November, “International Day for the Prevention of Violence against Women Campaign”, KADEM headed the campaignwith the slogan “If You’re a Man, OvercomeYour Anger!”
The public advertisement prepared by KADEM for the campaign was broadcast throughout the day on all national television channels. Posters and advertisements promoting the campaign were also exhibited on billboards in various districts of Istanbul, as well as in television programs and on Istanbul buses. The slogan “If you’re a man, overcome your anger!”, broadcast in the social media, attracted vast attention, and the campaign, initiated to increase awareness and susceptibility to the issue, reached its target.
