On July 15, 2014, KADEM members gathered outside the Israeli Consulate General in Istanbul to denounce the racist remarks of Israeli lawmaker Ayelet Shaked about Palestinian women and support Palestinian women. KADEM Chairperson Dr. Sare Aydın Yılmaz gave a live interview to Kanal24, Ülke TV, Tvnet, Tv360 and Kudüs TV outside the Israeli consulate. During the protest, which was covered by many reporters, the drama in Gaza was enacted with a theatrical performance.
