Job for the Future (2016-2020)

The Job for the Future Project is a social responsibility project developed to provide occupation and employment for girls between 16 and 18 years old who live in Child Protection Institutions by establishing a civil society-public collaboration model. 17-year-old girls whose formal learning was interrupted for any reason and who study in an open education system are involved in the project.

Conducted in partnership with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Family and Social Policies, the project was first implemented in 2016. Each year until 2020, the project has provided training opportunities in various fields, such as information technology, tourism-hotel management, accounting-finance, and medical secretaryship, and provided employment for the girls in these fields.

Since the commencement of the project, about 150 students have participated in the training and 100 of them have completed the training. More than half of over 70 young people employed under the project have continued their careers in the same firm.
