KADEM launched a project named “Women in Innovation” Entrepreneurship Project aiming to help women to transform their ideas in technology and innovation into solif business plans and to become enterpreneurs with these ideas.

The project was implemented in cooperation with Marmara University Techno-Park, and affiliated institution to the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK-MARTEK).

The 30 short-listed of 400 applicants were elected to participated in the project, and trained for 5 days on different fields like entrepreneurship, business models, investment, financial supports, branding, project implementation, idea-generating and business communication.

21 mentors with different areas of expertise have trained the participants face-to-face and finally elected 10 successful projects.

The successful projects were introduced to angel investors from different technology sectors who could invest in the business plans of the owners of the projects.

The owners of the 10 successful projects were invited to participate in a training over Project Implementation on Jan. 25-26, 2016 at the head office of KADEM. The participant took their certificates at the and of the 2 day long training.

The project ideas of the entreprenuers were broadcasted as 19 episodes on Turkish private television channel 360 TV.
