She was born in Istanbul in 1981. She completed her secondary education at Üsküdar Religious High School and her high school education at Kadıköy Religious High School in 1999. She graduated with an honors degree from the Television Journalism Department of Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Communication in 2005. During her university years and the ongoing process, she has carried out voluntary activities in various non-governmental organizations, especially in the area of violation of rights. During this period, she participated in different seminars and workshops, especially in the field of New Turkish Literature. She made presentations at symposiums. In 2016 she earned a master degree from Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, Social Sciences Institute, with her thesis titled “Social Terms in Letâif-i Rivâyât within the scope of Translation Approach of Ahmet Mithat Efendi”. In the same year, she has been accepted to the Social Sciences Institute of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, and she is currently continuing her PhD studies there.
