KADEM (Women and Democracy Foundation) has been founded on International Women’s Day, March 8th 2013 as a non-governmental and non-profit organisation. Since then, KADEM works to build a fair future and a safe society where women can live with dignity.

KADEM works to create a justice-centered discourse by producing viable and permanent solutions for women’s rights and family issues. Also, aims to strengthen the representation of women in all areas of social life.

Strengthening its power with 50+ representative offices and 5000+ members throughout Türkiye, KADEM works to ensure gender justice and women’s rights within the family and society.
